Fill up the Form – Delivering Damaged Media, print it and send it together with the damaged device. You may contact us at any time at 224 999 777. If your office is close, you can visit us in person.

Diagnostics procedure

Before any data recovery may begin, a diagnostics procedure must be implemented (CZK 380, including 19% VAT) (Free of charge). During the diagnostics procedure, you will learn which data and in what extent may be recovered, how much the data recovery will cost and how much time it will take. See our informative pricelist.

DATA RECOVERY

We will mail recovered data to you

We will store any recovered data to a medium of your prior choice (hard disk, CD, DVD…) and will mail it to you. Naturally, you may pick up your data medium personally in our premises.
